The Process
This viscous product is transported under high temperatures of up to 300°C for combustion in the power plant. The product is then tempered with steam.
The Problem
Residual oil is difficult and energy-intensive to burn. In addition, the transportation of viscous product to the power plant at high temperatures is quite a tedious process.
The Solution
The use of Ultraschall-Akustik-Durchfluss-Aggregat (UADA) module improves the transportation properties of the residual oil and leads to a reduction in temperature required for transport.
The Advantage
The use of RAPTECH technology results in significant energy savings due to lower temperature control of the residual oil and an improvement in the downstream combustion process of the power plant.
