The Process
The waste oil is filtered and fed into a reactor where it is pyrolytically distilled. The target product of pyrolytic distillation is diesel-like fuels.
The Problem
The flowability of waste oil decreases with storage time.
The Solution
The introduction of the Ultraschall-Akustik-Durchfluss-Aggregat (UADA) upstream of the reactor leads to a better homogenisation of the waste oil and an increase in its flowability. The schematic is as shown below:

The Advantage
The RAPTECH technology breaks down the oil molecules into lighter compounds and thus supports petrochemical distillation.
